At Disturbia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative fashion pieces, so we offer a 28-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and face masks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring the aesthetic integrity of the garment is maintained.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through our portal to download and print your prepaid or standard return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
